Who we are
Shape Your Body is an online coaching service run by a single personal trainer. We are the data controller for the information you give us through this website.
What we collect
Your name, email, username, contact details, the answers you give in the coaching application and setup questionnaire (including health, injury, lifestyle and, where you choose to share it, women's health information), your training and nutrition logs, measurements, progress photos, and messages with your coach. Payments are handled by Stripe — we never see or store your card details.
Why we use it
To assess your application, build and adjust your programme, coach you day to day, manage your subscription, and keep you safe when training.
Health data and photos
Health information and progress photos are sensitive. You provide them with your explicit consent, they are only visible to you and your coach, photos are stored in private storage accessible only through short-lived links, and you can ask for them to be deleted at any time.
Sharing
We do not sell your data. We share only with the services needed to run the platform: our hosting and database provider, and Stripe for payments.
How long we keep it
For as long as you are a client, and for up to 12 months afterwards, unless you ask us to delete it sooner.
Your rights
You can request a copy of your data, correct it, delete it, or withdraw consent at any time by messaging your coach in the app or emailing us.
Cookies
We only use cookies and local storage that are strictly necessary to keep you signed in and to process payments. No advertising or third-party tracking cookies are used.
